Anne-Marie has been teaching undergraduate courses in human services and community service management at CPCS since 1994. She is an active member of the CPCS faculty and is engaged in various community outreach projects. In addition to the work she does at CPCS, she has been involved in working to create a Human Resource Department for Goodwill Industries of the West Indies Special Needs School.
