Nalini
Visvanathan has been recently employed to teach to the Asian American
Studies Program in CPCS, and also through the College of Liberal
Arts. Her research and teaching focus on women's health in the
context of social development, participatory research methods
and health in immigrant and underserved communities. She co-edited
a reader, Women, Gender and Development, which is used in several
countries, including the United Kingdom and the United States
.
