Excerpt: The community here in Boston has for many years been instrumental in AIDS activism. College of Public and Community Service professor, Luis Aponte-Pares, has worked for the past six years with a local group, The History Project, to document the last two decades of AIDS activism efforts of the GLBT community here in Boston.
