Strategic
Planning
Message from Anna Madison
Re:
Schedule
Thanks for a very good strategic planning retreat turnout. Over
the two-day period we accomplished a great deal. The energy and
positive “can do” spirit was overwhelming. The retreat
was a very big first step for the College. Some of the initiatives
generated at the
retreat can be implemented early during the spring semester. Others
will require more time to develop.
Now, the next steps to make our vision for the future a reality.

a ranking of priorities for
review. This report should include the strategic issues statement
including the goals to address the issues, initiatives, and action
steps.
