About
Legal Education
The
Legal Education programs are designed for students who want
to study law and justice within a broad social context.
The Legal Education programs provide students with a dynamic
opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of
the legal system, and focus on particular areas of legal
knowledge, such as environmental law, family law and workers'
rights. Students also develop legal advocacy skills: oral
and written; and legal research skills that are conventional
as well as electronically based. The Legal Education programs
allow students to explore contemporary meanings of justice
and injustice.
Students
not matriculated at the University but who want to develop
their skills and knowledge in the field may sign up for
the Legal Education Certificate Program. For more information
about the Certificate, please contact Linda Hardenbergh
