Requirements

Students who select the concentration in Organizing are required to complete four competencies:

 

•  Methods and Goals of Organizing

•  The Roles of Organizers

•  Analyzing and Evaluating Organizing Strategies

•  Action Research for Organizing

 

Students with past or current organizing experience may use that experience as the base for working on this concentration. Students who do not have organizing experience will work with faculty in the program to make connections so that they can become involved in one of the many on-going campaigns in the Boston area.
