I'd lived in Lowell for a few years and spent a few Saturday's monitoring a public access computer lab. A friend got a grant to open a few more labs but not much money to hire people to set them up.

It seemed like a good time to be a VISTA.

I'm having a little bit of success training people to pass Microsoft Certification exams and run networks. I've signed on for a second year.
