tongue tacos

I went to the taco truck parked outside the local Blockbuster at 11pm with my roommates. The meats available for tacos included asada (beef), cabeza (head), lengua (tongue), and other items that they translated as lips, throat, and cheek. I'd already had pizza for dinner, but next time I'll try the lip taco so I can get my food smiling back at me. For only $1! That's something a VISTA can live with.

Last weekend there was an event for the youth that I got to go to. There was rock climbing, a skate park, makeovers, video games, loads of free food (grilled cheese, tomato soup, tacos, mac & cheese, ice cream, etc.), and celebrities!!! Not too many huge names, but I did see Christopher Lloyd. I saw him, stared for awhile, then realized what I was doing and felt like a huge dumbass.

As for the job, I'm moving my office sometime next week for the 3rd time in 2 months. There isn't enough space here for all the staff, so I'm the lucky one who keeps on getting kicked out. But anything is better than the storage closet I was originally going to be working in.
